It is said that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. This was certainly the case for Kim. In 2015 she discovered AT THE CORE and the American Institute of Vedic Studies. With the blessing, guidance and support her teachers, Kim began her in-depth study of Yoga and Ayurveda and its integration into her life.
Kim is a certified Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant, Ayurvedic Life-Style Consultant and Ayurvedic Yoga Educator with over 1500 hours of training and accreditation. She is an experienced Coach of over 20 years who is known for her caring, compassionate and pragmatic approach.
Based in London Ontario, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends. You’ll often find her exploring local trails and adventuring in her neighbourhood.
