We answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our meditation classes, teaching approach and instructor support.

  • Yogesh shares real life hacks and practical support from his 20+ years of Meditation experience. 
  • Dress comfortably as we usually begin with some gentle movements to get your energy balanced and mind settled for successful meditation.
  • There will be time for practice to ensure your meditation is easy and effective.
  • And there will be time to ask your questions and get clarification on any experiences you may have.
  • Our meditation classes are educational, experiential, and fun.  A sense of humour is helpful while you’re learning something new.

If you are looking to gain experience and support in strengthening your practice, we would suggest our Yoga and Meditation class. 

If you are interested to learning a Meditation practice and understanding how the workings of the mind can support and challenge that practice, we would suggest our Meditation and the Mind class.

All our Meditation Classes have online and in-person options. 

You can join the class live online via zoom.

If you’d prefer to join a Meditation Class live in our studio in London Ontario, it is best to register early as spaces are limited.  In person students are also welcome to join online if the weather is bad or you wish to practice from home one week.

Any AT THE CORE meditation student is always welcome to contact us for Meditation support, checking or inspiration.  We are committed to your strong and stable meditation practice.

Many students find taking our Meditation classes more than once helps to strengthen and motivate an existing practice.  There is always something new to learn and like-minded community is uplifting.
