AT THE CORE Ayurvedic rests on the foundation of an integrated mind, body and spirit experience.  We incorporate the mental/emotional technology of traditional Yoga with a practical approach for the modern age. 

All of our courses, including The Ayurvedic Healing Course are immediately beneficial for personal health and wellness.  Ultimately, you are your first client, so if you’re interested in sharing Ayurvedic your study begins with you, your life and your home.  If you are only interested in personal study, any of our Ayurveda courses are a great place to deepen your knowledge of self, Nature and longevity.

Our Ayurvedic philosophy rests on lifestyle education (diet, herbs, exercise, work, play and relationships) as the greatest influence on meaningful change and strength of immunity.  But we do have courses that explore diagnosis and specialized Ayurveda including pulse, massage, marma therapy, detoxification and rejuvenation.

Ayurvedic medicine is a journey of education and practice through the seasons and stages of life.  There are no prerequisites for any of our courses.  Choose based on your interest and available resources (time, energy and investment).

We have been practicing Ayurveda in the home for 17+ years.  This includes Ayurvedic cooking, massage, herbal treatments, cleanses and rejuvenation practices.  Our teenage son has never been to the doctor or been on antibiotics. 

Throughout these years we have been teaching numerous courses, studying eastern and western herbalism, practicing yoga, meditation, ayurvedic treatments and marma therapy.  We have studied numerous times in India and been around the world in trainings with our Yoga and Ayurveda teachers Dr. David Frawley and Yogini Shambhavi.
