Enthusiastic Coach & Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher

Lori Walker

Lori is a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant, Ayurvedic Life-Style Consultant, and Ayurvedic Yoga Educator. She loves to share the knowledge because it has had profound healing in her life.

Lori began her studies of Ayurveda, Yoga, Mantra, and Meditation in 2013 with amazing teachers through AT THE CORE and The American Institute of Vedic Studies. She has over 1,500 hours of certifications and thousands of hours of deep personal practice.

Her teaching style is easy, gentle, and effective.

Lori has always believed in and lived a holistic approach to healing. Once she and her husband started their family this took on more importance as the family negotiated some health challenges which led to her taking a more active role in their health and wellness.  She began her yogic journey studying Ayurveda and the rest is history.

Lori’s happy place is hiking through the woods, camera in hand, checking in to see what’s new with Mother Nature. A lifelong resident of Saugeen Shores, Lori enjoys a game of squash with her husband and cooking scrumptious meals with her children
