In Ayurveda, each taste – sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent – corresponds to two of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) and has a direct effect in healing or unbalancing your state of health. 

In our live workshops you will explore these six tastes through tasting experience, cooking demonstrations, shared vegetarian meals and guided discussion.
