Frequently Asked Questions about the Ayurvedic Kitchen
I’ve already taken The Well Nourished Life online— how is this different? Should I sign up again?
Yes! This updated format offers a new depth of experience. The four live classes are a rich addition that bring the material to life through hands-on cooking, seasonal teachings, shared meals, and group learning! It’s a wonderful opportunity to revisit the material from a fresh, embodied perspective.
What if I can’t attend all four live sessions?
We encourage attending all for a complete learning arc, but each session is valuable on its own. There are no recordings or make-up sessions, but the online course, handouts and demo cooking videos supports your continued learning.
